1. What if the financial aid is not processed in time for the initial tuition and fee payment?
You must secure your registration even if your financial aid has not finished processing. The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid will place a service indicator (FPA) on your account if you have enough aid to cover the tuition owed to the Bursar's Office. The service indicator will prevent you from being enrolled in the automatic payment plan.(top)

2. Why haven't I gotten my award letter yet and what is my financial aid status?
After you have applied for financial aid, and have submitted any required documents, you will receive an e-mail directing you to your UAccess where you can view your UA Financial Aid Award Letter. If you do not have an award letter to view at this point, we may still be processing your application or we may need additional documentation from you. Please check your to do list on UAccess for any missing documentation that may be holding up the award process.(top)

3. I haven't received my financial aid yet. Where is my money?
Verify that your enrollment matches what is indicated on your award letter and you have no outstanding to do items. It can take up to a week from the disbursement of your award for the funds to be sent to you.  (top)

4. My financial aid has not posted to my account yet. Will my classes be dropped?
Classes will not be dropped due to non payment. You will be enrolled in the automatic payment plan unless you have a service indicator (BPP). More information regarding the automatic payment plan is available at http://www.bursar.arizona.edu/students/payment_plan. (top)
