Application: A completed UA Admission Application for Fall 2009 serves as the application for this award.

Deadline: Admitted by June 1, 2009

Selection:
The Wildcat Mac Award is a highly competitive award offered to a select number of Arizona resident high school graduates attending college for the first time.

1. A Mac offer is non-negotiable and not offered with other University cash or tuition offers (see Multiple Awards below).
2. The Mac Award must be redeemed in the beginning of Fall 2009.

Eligibility:

1. Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
2. Be classified as an Arizona resident for tuition purposes
3. Must verify your lawful presence as described under Arizona's Proposition 300
4. Enroll in a minimum of 12 UA units for the Fall 2009 semester.

Deferments:
A Mac offer cannot be deferred for future use

Multiple Awards:

1. The Wildcat Excellence (tuition award),  Regent's High Honors Endorsement Award (AIMS), National Merit Semifinalist or Finalist, National Achievement, and National Hispanic Award if offered to a student will supersede and replace the Mac Award.

Residency Change:
This award is given only to students who are Arizona residents for tuition purposes. Students who are non-residents or become non-Arizona resident will not qualify. This award cannot be converted to a non-resident award. Residency is determined by the Residency Classification Office.

Returns & Upgrades:

• The MacBook may not be returned once it is picked up.
• Upgrades may be done through the UA BookStores, Computing & Technology Store after pick up.
