New User Account Setup
The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid has received your FAFSA. In order to continue processing your financial aid, we need additional information from you. This information must be submitted through the Verify My FAFSA student portal. If this is your first time using the portal, review Guidelines for Account Creation below before clicking the create account link. If you have already created an account, you can move ahead to the Returning Users section below.
Guidelines for Account Creation
When creating a new account, the personal information submitted must match the information on the student's FAFSA exactly, including punctuation and capitalization.
Please note: if the personal information submitted does not match the FAFSA you will receive the following error message:
To resolve this error, you must verify the student's personal information on their FAFSA by going to FAFSA.ed.gov.
