2. Complete Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Form

To apply for federal student aid, complete the FAFSA form. The FAFSA form is a free application that gives you access to financial aid to help pay for college. The 2026-2027 FAFSA form will be available on October 1, 2025.

To ensure timely processing of your FAFSA form, it is recommended you fill out your FAFSA form by April 1, 2026. Students admitted for the Spring 2027 term should apply before November 1, 2026.

When completing your FAFSA form, be sure to include Arizona's school code (001083) to avoid delays in the processing of your aid. Remember, you need to complete a FAFSA form each year!
