Verify My FAFSA

New User Account Setup

The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid has received your FAFSA. In order to continue processing your financial aid, we need additional information from you. This information must be submitted through the Verify My FAFSA student portal.

Guidelines for Account Creation

When creating a new account, the personal information submitted must match the information on the student's FAFSA exactly, including punctuation and capitalization.

Please note: if the personal information submitted does not match the FAFSA you will receive the following error message:

Error code 1010 stating: Your record either could not be found or does not match what is in the system.

To resolve this error, you must verify the student's personal information on their FAFSA by going to FAFSA.ed.gov.
