Apply for Aid: Military & Veterans

Thank you for your dedication and service to our country. This page provides step-by-step instructions for students planning to utilize veteran/military benefits and interested in applying for additional financial aid.

  1. Apply for Admission at the University of Arizona

Apply for admission and merit scholarships today!

  2. Complete Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

To apply for federal student aid, you need to complete the FAFSA.

The 2022-2023 FAFSA is available on October 1, 2021! Institutional funding is limited so it is recommended that you fill out your FAFSA by March 1, 2022. Students admitted for the Spring 2023 term should apply before November 1, 2022.

Completing and submitting the FAFSA is free and quick, and it gives you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for college.

Be sure to include Arizona's school code (001083) when you submit your FAFSA to avoid delays in the processing of your aid. Review the short video below for more information about the FAFSA.

Remember, you need to complete a FAFSA each year
