Apply for Aid: Transfer

Are you ready to be a Wildcat? We’re eager to help you get there. Follow these steps to start.

1. Apply for Admission at The University of Arizona

When you submit your admission application, you are considered for:

  • University of Arizona Admission
  • Merit Scholarships
    • Deadlines:
      • May 1, 2026 for Summer 2026 admits
      • June 1, 2026 for Fall 2026 admits or
      • December 1, 2026 for Spring 2027 admits

2. Complete Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Form

To apply for federal student aid, and institutional need-based aid, complete the FAFSA form. The FAFSA is a free application that gives you access to various types of financial aid to help pay for college. The 2026-2027 FAFSA form will be available on October 1, 2025.

Institutional funding is limited. Complete your FAFSA form by the Priority Filing Date to be considered:

  • Admitted Fall 2026: April 1, 2026
  • Admitted Spring 2027: November 1, 2026

When completing your FAFSA form, be sure to include Arizona's school code (001083) to avoid delays in the processing of your aid. Remember, you need to complete a FAFSA form each year!
