Are you ready to be a Wildcat? We’re eager to help you get there. Follow these steps to start.

  1. Apply for Admission at the University of Arizona

When you submit your admission application, you are considered for:

  2. Complete Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

To apply for federal student aid, you need to complete the FAFSA.

The 2022-2023 FAFSA is available on October 1, 2021! Institutional funding is limited so it is recommended that you fill out your FAFSA by April 1, 2022. Students admitted for the Spring 2023 term should apply before November 1, 2022.

Completing and submitting the FAFSA is free and quick, and it gives you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for college.

Be sure to include Arizona's school code (001083) when you submit your FAFSA to avoid delays in the processing of your aid. Review the short video below for more information about the FAFSA.

Remember, you need to complete a FAFSA each year!

  3. Transfer Scholarships

In addition to federal financial aid, you may qualify for one of the following University of Arizona Academic Tuition awards. As a transfer student, you have additional unique opportunities to fund your Arizona education. These awards are merit-based scholarships for incoming transfer students, each with their own eligibility requirements and deadlines.
