I was initially renewed at 80% of my merit award for the academic year, but now meet the regular unit and GPA requirements (no deficit) after the end of the fall semester. Can I request a reinstatement to receive the full spring amount of my scholarship?

Yes. However, only one grace period is allowed, even if it is for only one semester. The Fall semester would count as the student’s one allotted grace period for their entire academic career. So a student would only be able to do this once.
