We work with students across all stages of their time at the University of Arizona. Whether you are working with prospective students or those looking to graduate soon, we know understanding one's financial aid can be key to keeping a student enrolled and persisting towards their degree.

OSFA Availability Calendar

The calendar below is intended to provide you with a general idea of OSFA’s availability during the year to help you plan ahead. Please check the availability calendar to make sure you are not requesting support during periods in which OSFA’s calendar is blocked. Blocked months are reserved for OSFA’s busiest seasons, which call for all OSFA staff members to assist with incoming student traffic.

The calendar is not intended to provide a guarantee that an Ask Aid representative can attend an event, but we will do our best to accommodate requests and provide you with the support you need.
