To submit a financial aid question or document to the OSFA Ask Aid Team, click the link that applies to you:
- Student NetID Log in (Current and incoming students with UA NetID usernames)
- Guest Log in (Parents, Community Partners, Scholarship Donors)
- University Staff Net ID Log in (Department Staff, Faculty, Counselors) to submit a request on behalf of a student (students are copied).
For all other inquiries:
- Tuition and fees, charges, refunds, QTR and payment plans contact the Bursar.
- Charges for QTR, campus housing, campus health, student insurance, meal plans, bookstore, parking tickets, etc., see Department Contacts.
- Residency Classification, Transcripts, and Enrollment Verification (proof of enrollment), contact the Registrar.
