Undergraduate to Graduate Loan Acceptance

If you are a student going from receiving undergraduate aid to graduate aid in the same academic year (for example, you are graduating from the University of Arizona in Fall 2021 and starting a graduate program with graduate aid in Spring 2022) and are unable to accept graduate aid offered in your UAccess Student Center, follow the steps below. 

  1. From the Financial Aid Summary page, click the Change Career button.

  1. Click the Select button next to Undergraduate.

  1. Click the Accept Self-Help Aid button.

  1. Again, click the Change Career button and then the Select button next to Graduate.

Your graduate aid is now visible and can be accepted. Return to the Accept Loans page for instructions on accepting your aid. If you need any additional help with accepting your graduate aid, please contact our office.
