Financial Aid Campus Partner Training

Financial Aid Campus Partner Training

Are you a campus partner who works with students and wishes you were better prepared to have financial aid conversations? Join our training program! Our comprehensive training covers daily operations within the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OSFA) including financial aid eligibility and awarding, resources available to students, and networking opportunities with OSFA staff.

A Financial Aid Campus Partner is a fellow campus employee who works with students to provide support (academic, wellness, etc.) to guide students toward their academic goals. If you regularly find yourself trying to answer financial aid questions with students, you are most likely a Financial Aid Campus Partner.

Various OSFA staff members who are designated “subject matter experts” will guide you through each training.

OSFA asks you to commit one full day to cover all of the training topics.
