Question
I took Arizona summer courses to meet my merit renewal requirements. When will my scholarship eligibility be reviewed and my scholarship posted on my financial aid offer?
Answer

Check your UAccess Student Center. If you have an open To Do List item for merit renewal indicating that our office is monitoring your account, we will automatically review your eligibility when all summer grades are posted. As long as you meet the renewal requirements, we will add your scholarship onto your financial aid offer. Our office reviews students regularly at the end of each summer session, so there is no need to submit an additional request. We will email you once this process is complete.

We understand that sometimes grades take some time to post and this may cause a delay in your scholarship review for the upcoming fall semester. To ensure you are not penalized for this, we will traditionally add a Financial Aid Notice on your account which will prevent the initial $50 Late Payment Charge and the $125 Unpaid Tuition Charge from populating while we review your record and anticipate your grades.
