FAQ - My contributor(s) and/or myself have not filed our 2022 taxes yet-- what are our options?

Non-filers will still be required to provide consent when completing the FAFSA to allow their federal tax information (FTI) to be imported. 

If you or your contributor have not yet filed their 2022 taxes and were required to do so, we recommend reaching out to a tax professional for assistance. Generally, those who are eligible to file taxes must do so in order to be eligible for federal aid.
