Indigenous Wildcats Continuing Students

Be sure you stay up-to-date on all your renewal requirements to receive tribal aid.

  1. COMPLETE YOUR FAFSA

    The 2022/2023 FAFSA is available on October 1, 2021. It is recommended you fill out your FAFSA by March 1, 2022.

  2. ENROLL IN CLASSES

    You need to be enrolled in classes at the University of Arizona before your FNA can be completed. Enroll in classes in your UAccess Student Center.

  3. MEET SATISFACTORY ACADEMIC PROGRESS (SAP)

    You must be meeting SAP Standards for the term that you are trying to receive aid. If you are not meeting SAP Standards then you must have an approved SAP Appeal on file for the term that you want to receive aid. Be sure to review the University of Arizona's SAP requirements and review your SAP status in your UAccess Student Center.

  4. COMPLETE ALL TO DO ITEMS AND HOLDS

    Ensure that you have completed all UAccess Student Center To Do List items and Holds that can prevent the release of financial aid, including federal verification. 

  5. SUBMIT YOUR FNA FORM

    Option 1: Submit your FNA form to the financial aid office in-person or via Fax 
    Option 2: Submit your FNA form electronically via our Ask Aid email portal. Be sure to select the "Tribal Aid" category to ensure your email goes to our Tribal Aid Liaison.
