Scholarship Donors

Sending a Check

Donors sending a scholarship check to the University of Arizona for a specific student or number of students may use the Scholarship Designation form below. Donors may send their own letter with checks, however to award checks to students as efficiently and effectively as possible, we are looking for the information listed on the Designation form.

Make checks payable to the University of Arizona. If the scholarship check is issued to the student AND the University of Arizona, the student will first need to endorse the check before our office can deposit the scholarship funds and post them on the student's account. This step is really important and if not done, it can cause delays in our ability to process the check. Please send both check AND Scholarship Designation form together to:

We respectfully acknowledge the University of Arizona is on the land and territories of Indigenous peoples. Today, Arizona is home to 22 federally recognized tribes, with Tucson being home to the O’odham and the Yaqui. Committed to diversity and inclusion, the University strives to build sustainable relationships with sovereign Native Nations and Indigenous communities through education offerings, partnerships, and community service.
