FAQ - I am applying for an outside scholarship and need the name/contact information of a financial aid advisor in order to submit it. Whose information should I include?

Please review the following options:  

• For forms asking for enrollment verification, students are now able to provide official university documentation to external organizations: 

  • Log in to your Student Center at https://studentcenter.arizona.edu  
  • Click on "Academic Record" then "Enrollment Verification"  
  • Select the information you would like and hit "Submit"  
  • Then click on "Printer Friendly Version" to create a PDF. Save the PDF (Print to PDF).

You can either email this PDF or print it out to mail to the organization. This PDF has the official Registrar seal and signature and serves as an official record from the University. • You can share our general contact information as https://financialaid.arizona.edu/contact 
  To provide timely support, we do not designate a single point of contact. The request is reviewed by the first available staff member. Donors can find information about how and where to submit scholarships here: https://financialaid.arizona.edu/types-of-aid/scholarships/donors 

• You can submit the form online to our office at https://financialaid.arizona.edu/contact#email. Once the form is completed, it will be forwarded directly to the organization indicated on the form.  

• The organization can submit the form directly to our office at https://financialaid.arizona.edu/contact#email. They can upload the form by selecting guest login. Once the form is completed, it will be forwarded to the organization as well.  

• Our office is unable to process invoice/billing statement requests. Bursar’s Office has a few options listed here: https://bursar.arizona.edu/billing/statements
